No cash refunds will be issued.
TimberPine will only guarantee properly cared for plant materials. We will not replace plant material that is damaged due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- lightening, ice or wind damage caused by storms
- other natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods or drought
- physical damage caused by machine or animals
- owner neglect (over or under watering)
The guarantee only covers plant material, not labor. We will provide the plant free of charge, however the customer must pay for the installation. Customer can pick up the replacement to plant themselves. To qualify for the free plant replacement, the customer must provide the original sales receipt along with the tree/shrub that is dead. Only those trees/shrubs that are dead will be eligible for free replacement.
TimberPine calls IOWA ONE CALL to locate utilities before any planting can be scheduled. IOWA ONE CALL requires 48 hours notice prior to any digging, excluding weekends.
Customer Responsibilities:
TimberPine is not responsible for any potential damages to utilities not located by IOWA ONE CALL. These may include irrigation systems, underground dog fencing, and/or any private utilities the landowner is or is not aware of on their property. Irrigation mainlines can be located for an additional charge, however lateral lines feeding from the mailine can not be located. Customer is responsible for parts and labor associated with any private utility repair. TimberPine is also not responsible for any potential damage to customer's yard by heavy equipment used for planting Precautions will be taken to avoid any tracks or ruts by machinery, but drainage and moisture levels at your site may result in some minor disturbances.
